Matt Fullerton

Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience in the sales, acquisitions, and real estate industries. He started his career selling cars in the early 2000’s, and quickly became one of the top salesmen on the entire east coast. He spent the next several years working his way up through the business, eventually exiting it as the General Sales Manager of a large Toyota dealership, where he supervised what is still the largest year-over-year sales growth in the regions history.

From there, Matt moved into large scale financial acquisitions. As an executive for an institutional buyer of annuities, Matt spent 3 years traveling all over the US, negotiating the sale of $1m-$120m annuities. This afforded Matt the opportunity to make connections in the financial industry all over the united states, as well as become familiar with many parts of the country.

During his time in financial acquisitions, Matt began to dabble in Real Estate as a flipper and wholesaler. Eventually, Matt transitioned to Real Estate full-time, and since then he has completed over 200 investment transactions in the space. In addition to residential, Matt has successfully flipped and wholesaled many commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential properties.

Louis Kim

As a seasoned business professional, Louis Kim has spent his entire career in and around small businesses. He has a passion for helping owners achieve retirement wealth whether he’s consulting with them to establish a growth strategy or assisting with maximizing their final liquidation.

Louis Kim has spent 20 years building and selling businesses from across all sectors, including retail, restaurant and automotive. In 2021, he founded Beltway Mergers & Acquisitions, designing it around succession planning, management consulting and company brokerage. Through these areas, Louis demonstrates his commitment to helping small businesses thrive.

A Washington D.C. native who attended Georgetown University, Louis’s employment history reflects his deep knowledge. He was fascinated with business at age 8 and by 16 was managing his family’s business during summers. He purchased his first business at 22 and doubled his money when he sold it two years later.

For Louis, the best part of his job is helping clients achieve their definition of success.

Alex Beller

Alex is a Northern Virginia native and UVA graduate. He began his career in sales immediately after college, working for a national logistics company. He handled some of their largest accounts including Nestle, securing shipment for hundreds of millions of dollars worth of product.

Always hungry for new opportunities, he began to dabble in other areas and then moved into the real estate world. Since then he has worked for a number of the largest real estate investment companies in the DC Metro area, along with being one of the founding members of an investment startup himself. He has personally negotiated hundreds of contracts resulting in millions of dollars of revenue.

With a keen eye and an analytical mind, Alex loves to bring his breadth of knowledge to the table to help his clients achieve their goals as easily and efficiently as possible.
